In PE this half term we have been working on fitness and trying different programmes to keep fit. We have tried the couch to 5km programme from public health with a few classes and thought we would send out details in case anyone wanted to try it out at home. The programme is simple to follow, it gradually builds up jogging and walking time session by session to improve overall fitness.
