The scheme offers a wide range of activities to entertain young people over the holidays along with a free nutritious meal and snacks each day.
Free places are available for children who receive benefits-related free school meals. Some places are also available for other vulnerable families.
Activities on offer (with a couple more still to be added) include:
- Indoor play at Aspire Ryde
- Day trips, sports, crafts with Brading Community Partnership
- Sports and team building with CM Sports at Barton Primary School
- Activities and day trips with CM Sports for secondary school students at Medina College
- Football with Football Fun Factory at The Bay, Sandown
- Creative fun with GlobeFit at St Francis Primary School Ventnor
- Crafts and horse care at Island Riding Centre
- Sports activities with JG Tennis Coaching at Ryde Lawn Tennis Club
- Workshops for secondary school students with Personal Best in Newport
- Workshops for secondary school students with Personal Best in Ryde
